Wellbeing and Skin Care Expert Liz Earle will Discuss and Sign her Book, The Good Menopause Guide at The Spirella Ballroom

Wednesday 07 March 2018

The ultimate guide to looking and feeling your radiant best throughout the perimenopause, menopause and beyond

The Good Menopause Guide features over 60 nutritional recipes to nourish you from the inside out. Liz includes special ingredients in her recipes such as phyto-oestrogens, which provide oestrogen-like compounds, to help ease many menopausal symptoms, but also tasty and nutritious in their own right. From fabulous weekend brunch treats to share with family and friends to lovely lunch and supper ideas, with plenty of veggie options (even a few vegan favourites too), there’s something for everyone to help you feel and look your best. The book includes information on the symptoms and the solutions of menopause and guidance on how to balance your hormones and optimise bone health. Liz busts the myths surrounding HRT and includes helpful information on how to boost energy and self-esteem. An expert on beauty and wellbeing, Liz provides advice on how to take care of skin, hair and nails and help slow the signs of ageing with the right foods and supplements.

Liz Earle MBE is known for her passion for beauty, natural health and
wellbeing, as well as her considerable charity and campaign work. She is the
bestselling author of 35 books, an established TV presenter, an entrepreneur and a farmer. She is currently a regular ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’
contributor to ITV’s flagship daytime show. Her latest business ventures
include Liz Earle Wellbeing, a high-quality quarterly magazine focused on food and living well, and Liz Earle Fair and Fine, an award-winning range of ethically sourced, Fairtrade gold botanical jewellery. In 1995, Liz co-founded the
Liz Earle Beauty Co., now owned by Walgreen Boots Alliance.

The Spirella Ballroom is located in Letchworth (SG6 5ET). Tickets are £7, which are deductible from the cost of the hardback book (£25) if purchased on the evening. To book tickets, please ring the shop on 01462 684631 or call in to the shop.
