Women's Prize for Fiction Longlist 2025

Founded as a riposte to 1991’s all-male Booker Prize shortlist, since 1996 the Women’s Prize for Fiction has underpinned a renaissance in literary fiction written by women.

The winner of the 2024 Women's Prize for Fiction is Brotherless Night by V.V. Ganeshananthan.

The 2025 longlist will be announced on 4 Mar 2025, followed by the shortlist on the 2 Apr 2025, and the winner on the 12 Jun 2025.
